RabetCRM

Real estate CRM in Abu Dhabi — Madhmoun-ready

Since July 2025 every online property ad in Abu Dhabi needs a Madhmoun permit. RabetCRM makes the permit part of the unit itself: number and expiry, and the unit isn't published to the portals without it.

Regulator

Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) and the DARI platform

Ad permit

A Madhmoun permit on every ad — stored on the unit with its expiry and an alert before it lapses.

How RabetCRM serves Abu Dhabi agencies

No lead left behind

Round-robin routing, an instant WhatsApp welcome, auto-reassign if the agent doesn't reply in time — and a response-time board per agent.

Property Finder, Bayut & Dubizzle

Add a unit once and it's published and kept in sync on the portals. Leads who tap WhatsApp on a listing are captured with the unit they asked about.

Branded listing pages

Photos, details and a WhatsApp button in Arabic and English — and you're alerted the moment the client opens the link.

Every emirate

Ad permits per emirate (Trakheesi in Dubai, Madhmoun in Abu Dhabi…) with expiry alerts, plus plot and built-up areas for villas, palaces and land.

Commissions & leaderboard

Commission per deal split with the co-broker and the agent, with a monthly payout report.

Lead–listing matching

See the right units for every lead and the right leads for every unit, and send them on WhatsApp in one tap.

FAQ

Does the app issue Madhmoun permits?

No — permits are issued on DARI. The app stores the number and date, blocks publishing without it and alerts you before it expires.

Is it fully in Arabic?

Yes — it's Arabic-first with English one tap away, and the client listing page is bilingual.

Can I track each deal's commission?

Yes: a percentage or amount, split with the co-broker and the agent, with a monthly report.
